It possesses a high resistance to various types of corrosion in aggressive environment (crevice corrosion, corrosion cracking, intercrystalline corrosion). Alloy does not lose a mechanical resistance even at critical heating. Its working temperature range is 870 &#;  °C. Alloy is well-welded with different types of welding.

Its widths can amount up to 300 mm and a wideness of the plate is up to 75 mm. Seamless pipe is rolled to diameter not bigger than 100 mm. Pipes of a big diameter can be made to order. All products (with a welded seam) undergo a method of nondestructive control with closed tolerances. Tubes can be manufactured of any diameter. An extent of allowance does not depend on a size of order.

Workability

This alloy has a good workability. It can satisfactory be taken to molding. However, it is disposed to a hammer hardening. That is why it must be cut at small speeds with a special tool. It differs with an excellent weldability by dint of well-balanced composition. Welding is done without further heat treating or previous heating.

We consider parameters such as the material being used, Outside Diameter (OD) by Inside Diameter (ID) in mm or inches or OD by wall thickness in mm or inches, the length of tubes, the quantity required, whether seamless or welded, as a straight length or coiled, and further quality, testing or finishing specifications.

All tube reduction operations are performed cold, thus maximizing the potential for microstructure and hence mechanical property control.

We supply tubes as straight lengths or coils.

They&#;re made using drawing, cold working and reduction techniques as well as using premium flat strip stock, which is roll formed to precise dimensions and then fused together with a laser.
