Excellent Customer Service, Excellent Product and fast shipping. This was one of the only establishments that I could find that would handle a small custom job of specialty glass cutting for a clock restoration. I heard everything from ' We dont cut circles, we dont have the equipment to drill holes, the diameter of the job was 2 cm to small for them, etc etc. Apparently cutting a square sheet of glass or projects totaling 10,000 USD or more are the only things that most others handle on line or otherwise? Not here , I was easily able to get a quote on line, submit drawings and dimensions, etc. Usually about half way through the online process it either forces you to have someone contact you with a sales pitch or whomever put the site together never actually did the process to find out it doesnt work. Again, the One Day glass site worked perfectly and was very intuitive and easy. No unnecessary sales pitch or superfluous communication. The following day I received an confirming reception of my order and confirming a few details to ensure all was correct. Literally by the end of that same day it was already being shipped.!! When does that happen??? As it was an international order that I had forwarded to my current location I was concerned about damage as I have had multiple items arrive crushed, smashed, warped, etc, beyond recognition due in large part to extremely poor packaging of fragile items. Most already know that it is customary for 8 planes and 3 steamrollers run over each and every delivery via parcel so proper packaging should be a given when selling via shipment, but sadly it is not. One Day packaged it perfectly with plenty of protection for the nine football games it must have been in before getting here. As this is a one of a kind antique restoration and i spent so much time just trying to find someone that would take the job, anticipation was high on my part and I was VERY happy to find that the glass was absolutely PERFECT! An A++++++ job by an awesome company. So rare to find quality and customer care like this any longer and it is such a pleasure when you do. Recommended to anyone who will listen , It is worth any cost and more. Thanks so much all, a very pleased customer. I almost want to break a window or something so I can place another order but I just got OUT of trouble so too soon to get back into it just yet, maybe tomorrow, haha!
