These OPP bags from Gems On Display are the marketing and packaging department of a small independent business'' best friend ! I can''t recommend them highly enough : 1) their crystal clear profile allows customers or staff to see exactly what is inside, 2) instead of a paper and glue jobbing envelope that emits sulfur vapors and encourages tarnish on sterling and fine silver these bags keep out dust,dirt, don''t scratch and can be sealed completely with a hand held ''hot strip '' type sealer,.attach a simple printed address label and it beats the jobbing envelopes and helps keep bench repairs organised! 3) As they are intended to be used-reclosable, they allow staff to access the item when necessary and offer customers the opportunity to alost handle the contents! 4)The OPP bags encourage sales and trust in your business with the WYSIWYG concept in sales and marketing to the public. I have a few divisions of our all the way business and for food they excel! You must heat seal the tops though as the SA strip will allow air to enter and if dropped or turned over contents may slide out of the sides even with the most careful sealing: bringing the sealing strip top to the edge of the opposite side then folding to seal.I don''t recommend stapling and crystal clear cellophane tape would be the only option other than a printable labeling type tape as an additional seal ensuring nothing can slide out of the sides. It is not a problem though, just a caution buyers should be aware of.
